a) E-commerce:

b) E-business:
eBusiness (electronic business) is, in its simplest form, the conduct of business on the Internet. It is a more generic term than eCommerce because it refers to not only buying and selling but also servicing customers and collaborating with business partners.

when buying it is about security and awareness of your purchase when selling it is about implemetation and bring clear and concise as to what is being sold.

The Semantic Web is an evolving development of the World Wide Web in which the meaning (semantics) of information and services on the web is defined, making it possible for the web to "understand" and satisfy the requests of people and machines to use the web content. we are not there yet but it is a work in progress.
